xamp Apache Error: Apache (Skype wyłączony)

Question

Witam, otóż mam problem z XAMPP Apache (nie mam włączonych innych programów w tym skype :) ), wiem, że taki tema już tu był ale u mnie wyłączenie wszystkich programów nic nie pomogło. Już nawet antywirusa wyłączyłem i nic. informacja błędu to:

Dobra, zmieniłem port na 82 i to drugie z 443 na 442 i pomogło, ale i tak dzięki. :)
